Wonderful Hotel with excellent location, however need to work on their in room dining menu as it is very limited. Also the elevator system is confusing and need to have sign board inside each one to indicate where to go.

Excellent. Would go again to same hotel. If you are late for prayers the Jamaat starts right in the lobby downstairs

I took a Kabba View and I LOVED the view which was a breathtaking one and couldn't sleep when I was supposed to sleep as I was sitting on the comfy sofa watching the Kabba and masjid Haram. Very nice hotel however the elevators are not all working and sometimes are delayed. It's a bit of walk to Masjid but I didn't mind.

Thanks to you and will come back again for sure.

Amazing beautiful hotel. A+ breakfast and service. Clean rooms.

This was our second time around to have stayed in Makkah Clock Tower - A Fairmont Hotel, and we were not disappointed. However, one thing that MCT needs to improve on is telephone customers' service because it takes tantalizingly long before someone picks up the line, and then eternity to respond to your query. Also, brochures kept in rooms for customers' info need to be replaced as most are torn & are somewhat illegible. Other than these hiccups, the place is just as grand as ever. In fact this hotel has now become a Hot Favorite place for me and my family. It will not be fair not to mention floor manager (sorry forgot his name) and one Mr. Shami who were extra cordial, professional and helpful to us and other customers during the breakfast. I am still sticking by the initial Review of this hotel I wrote after my stay here in June 2015. Hopefully the management brings up the needed improvements.

I had a very comfortable stay with the family. Azan in the room was pleasurable. Would come back!

Walk is still too long from Haram door to room door. Have to go through a mall entirely and then change 3 elevators.

This was our first stay at the Makkah Clock Tower a Fairmont Hotel and boy we were pleasantly surprised at what we got. The check-in was fast and the receptionist very cordial, although finding the reception was a bit of hassle went to M2 (about 8 floors up) by Lifts, directed to go M4 for check-in for Emmar Residence, and then to Tower by Lifts to our rooms on 32nd floor. You feel lost in the maze of elevators and lobbies. However, upon entering the room all hassle of finding the reception evaporated. The rooms were spacious, cozy, well decorated, equipped with essential and offered great comfort. Once we got hang of escalator labyrinth, turns & twirls of lobbies we fell in love with the place. The lobbies are wonderful, and for the guests' security there is a walk-thru scanner installed at the lobby which bolsters the sense of security of the guests. The facility is directly linked to Haram's communication systems so Azan is audible in the rooms & corridors. There is a praying area in the hotel on PLM level where Haram is in full view and guests can pray along with main Haram Imam. One of the restaurants is on the 29th floor where we enjoyed breakfast to the fullest. The food included Arabian & Continental delicacies, with plenty of choices to choose from. Actually you are spoilt for choices, so to speak. Plenty of tables and a view of Haram & city add value to restaurant's location. The staff was in good numbers and always ready to serve your request. Also, floor Manager was all smiles and eager to assist. Although we mostly were busy with the pilgrimage, we couldn't ignore admiring what we saw on our way to/from the holy place. The way to Haram from hotel room goes thru the Mall so we didn't mind the walking distance, which is not much anyway. All sorts of amenities are available in the building, a full fledge food court on P3&P4 levels, and barber shops in the basement made our stay more comfortable. Check-out was a bit of disappointment as long queues were there without movement but then it got better as more staff was brought in to expedite the process. It helped but not as much. But then it was the first day of Ramadan and it triplicated or perhaps quadrupled the guests inflow. Still, such rush should have been anticipated & relevant measures taken. Over all it was a nice stay to remember for me and my family.

I love you so much fun and addicting but I don't know what to do with the same time I try to get a new one is the best thing ever
