Facilities were very good compared to the charges asked. Neat clean and modern. Service, house keeping staff very helpful. Shuttle service to Haram very convenient, but not as frequent as mentioned in their posts. They arranged a special trip for us, at 1.30 am, which was not their scheduled time, because their new schedule was not mentioned in their ads. where they were saying hourly or half hourly trips.

Nice hotel a little outdated. It was far from the Mosque. They do have a free public transportation service The area around the hotel was so so. Didn't feel like you could walk around and explore
