We stayed at the Zamzam hotel for 5 nights. We were a family of 9, including young children. Quick and easy check in. Hotel staff are very friendly and helful. The hotel facilitates very well for families with young children, it is also a very safe and secure. There are many shops and food outlets( pizza hut, kfc ect) within the hotel tower, which is very good when you have young children. Takes only 1 lift to bring you down to the ground floor of the shopping mall from your hotel, then its walking distance to the mosque. Ajwad entrance is the best entrance to get you straight into the view of the Kaaba. Overall the hotel is very good. It was my second time I stayed at the Zamzam.
Stayed at the hotel for five nights and cannot fault it at all the service was exceptionally good room service cleaning service very good would like to highlight Abobaker who was looking after our rooms was very courteous and made sure they were cleaned everyday. Highly recommended with excellent breakfast.
Pullman zamzam is the best place to stay in makkah. Staff was very kind especially Mr. Meshal. I must say he is a pride for the hotel. When we reach the hotel we were really tired our check inn time was 5 pm but Mr. Meshal arranged the room for us in few minutes and he was always there if we were in need of anything. Had a wonderful time there. If I had not already booked a hotel in madinah I would have book Pullman zamzam. But next whenever we or any of my frnd or family came to makkah I will suggest them zamzam hotel only zamzam. Regards Yawer shahwani.
What an excellent experience staying at Pullman Zamzam Makkah which is only few minutes away from Kaaba. Mr Nawaaf at the reception desk was more than welcoming and helping us to gain most of our stay. We stayed in an Exceutive suite with a fantastaic views over the Kaaba. Our dining was in the Executive lounge with a nice varieties of delicious and fresh food. Special thanks to Mr Irshad, Mr Alsherif, Mr Farouk and The chef Mr Mohammed for looking after us in the lounge and providing an excellent service.
firstly a gentleman called Meshal from Check-In desk and his fellow colleague who was available on shift (1st April 2017 A.M) both really went an extra mile to provide me the smooth check-in Experience. Once again when i stayed in this hotel again on 8th April 2017. Meshal once again set the example of providing the really good customer experience. Rooms were spacious, very clean and tidy. Internet connection was slow time to time but this is something you can expect due to high usage from other customers. Food was really good and has the variety from continental to traditional. Housekeeping boy who managed 2nd and 32nd floor really did an amazing job. so very well done to both of them.
Although I go umrah every year bit this the first time we ever stayed at Pullman zamzam.Intially when I went to the room I did not like it.Previously we stayed at swissottle and Hilton towers.when we went in our rooms it was very smelly and ac was not working when I called the room service they did a straight fix.rooms needs a bit updating.house keeping was really 😊 mr Amir who cleaned our rooms was very polite and had smile on his face all the time.we had breakfast in restaurant Al-Yasmin,person who was making the omelette was very rude and serves people who speaks Arabic which I found very rude and when you ask them for with your own preference he clearly didn't like it but restaurant managers Mr Said and Mr Ahmed was really good and sorted everything out so quick.overall we was very pleased with service.its very near to haram and you can hear the Adhan from the room.Breakfast needs improvement there was no fresh fruit what's so ever. I will recommend this hotel to people with kids as the junior suite has 2 bathrooms so there was no rush.
Stayed here, the food is great and the Executive Lounge Manager, Irshad Ali was especially helpful. He runs a very well organised lounge that has lots of fresh food served in a quiet and welcoming setting. The food here was one of the biggest highlights of my stay at this hotel.
Front Desk staff are cooperative and responsive. Room Service is nice. Rooms are bigger than most of other hotels around Haram. Breakfast is excellent, fresh & tasty. Overall I would recommend to anyone travelling with family or friends. Best place for elderly and disabled pilgrims.
I have blessed with a third visit to Makkah within a year. And each time to a different hotel. This is my first stay at this hotel & will be my last. We arrived to the underground parking. No hotel staff to take luggage. I asked the person at the counter and he was extremely rude. Even though i asked if there were someone to take the luggage. Not sure why he was rude. Came to the main reception area to check in. Whilst we were checking in, the man at reception decided to talk to another hotel guest in mid way checking in - very unprofessional. Booked the executive suite, which supposedly caters 4 adults and maximum of 2 children. When in actual fact, the room can only occupy 4 adults maximum. Asked for a child bed. As we were 4 adults and 1 child. The reception sent a cot bed. Which is useless for a 6 year old. Even though prior to booking we informed them that we were 4 adults and 1 child of 6 years. Obviously clearly ignored. We looked outside as we booked a Kaabah view. And all could be seen is a large building infront. Only view is if you stand at one end of the window and you can see the Kaabah. Mis-selling and advertising. Previous hotel I stayed at was Swissotel and theirs was a beautiful view of the Kaabah. Therefore I would advise not to pay extra for this via Pullman. As you will be hugely disappointed. The state of the room is shocking. The hotel is not 5* & should not be advertised via Expedia/Booking as this (Which I will contact them). Dirty room and old fashion deco. Kitchenette area is ridiculous. There perhaps 30-40cm gap between the sink and the dining table chair. First attempting to go towards the kitchenette area you have to squeeze between the dining table and television. And if you manage to get past without the television falling on you. You can't turn around. As there isn't enough space. Only 2x cups in room- so bring your own cups!! All furniture in room badly maintained. Scratch And stains on tables, walls, skirting and doors. Bathroom is terrible. Dirty tiles. Broken toilet seat. Blocked bath, so had to call reception to sort out. No room service. And when they do turn up. It's usually when you want to sleep before going to Masjid. Very inconvenient. Asked for small bin liners and they don't have any. No idea how they clear rubbish bins. Breakfast is a shambles. Tinned fruit! No fresh fruit. So if you are diabetic or want healthy breakfast. Starving would have to be the only option in this hotel. Tables not cleared. Other hotel guests including ourselves clearing tables to sit. Yesterday they ran out of clean cutlery! Not worth paying for breakfast. Still have around 4 more nights at this hotel. Biggest mistake booking this hotel. I wouldn't advise anyone book this hotel. Far better hotels in the towers. This is worst hotel I have stayed at and will be glad to leave as soon as possible.
Booked 4 rooms for 17 family members. We were greeted by Meshal on front desk who was most helpful. I was lucky enough to be given a lovely room with the Kaaba view. very close to the Haram although the lifts can be a bit of an issue during prayer times but this is expected. I would like to thank Meshal for his excellent service and also the rest of the team at Pullman Zam Zam Makkah for all their help. In Sha Allah will stay there again on ur next Umrah trip.
