Great house for 3 families with kids

We loved it. Big house plenty of room for 3 families. Beautiful views, beach, water toys kept kids busy. A few broken things as expected in a rental but all agree cleanliness was great. Was a little bummed about late 5pm check in. Ben is very accommodating and great communication. We would love to return next year.

Spacious place with a view

Place was nice, located right on Silver lake with private beach! Kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. Upper floor needs a refresh, kitchen was well stocked, the deck and the patio below were spacious and the view was amazing! Host was friendly and responsive! One thing however that is worth noting is the long list of things to do before checking out. It is expected that you wash and dry all the towels, sweep the deck and vacuum inside, while check out time is earlier than other places and you are still charged a sizeable cleaning fee..Certain asks are reasonable like wiping down, taking the garbage out, organizing the place as it was when we came in, but others could be reconsidered.
