Everything was perfect except…
I want to say if you don’t choose This property specifically for the pool than you will love it. I paid for my family and the entire group of 17 for a long weekend getaway. The pool was the reason we chose this property because I have a 6 year old autistic son who has been asking me everyday if it’s summer yet so he can go swimming. For the 3 week lead up I’ve been telling him we go to vacation house and you will go swimming! Well we get there and the indoor pool is 60 degrees. No way I could let him in that pool. I call the property management and they assure me the pool guy will be there within the hour. About 4-5 hours later they arrive and he says oh I will look for. Part but not sure it can be fixed. I call property management next morning and he argues with me that the reading of the pool temp where he is says 80 degrees. We tell him it’s not are you calling me a liar. We then tell him the only reason. We chose this place was so our son could go swimming. He can’t ski, he can’t do any of the winter activities. The point to be there for him was that pool. He said I don’t know what you want me to do about that but the pool was working the morning you checked in because the pool guy goes everyday to check. I said your pool guy knew it wasn’t working because that water was ice cold when we arrived. It did not lose temperature that fast. And yet you didn’t say anything prior to our stay or even offer a discount. View was nice and house was clean.
