Driftless Destinations

Spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath pet-friendly vacation home in McGregor, Iowa, sleeps up to 12.  Near Pikes Peak state Park, Effigy Mounds and the Mississippi River, Driftless Destinations gives families and friends plenty of room to gather, play and unwind.

We created this home to be a place where families and friends can slow down, spread out, and enjoy time together in one of our favorite parts of Northeast Iowa.



There’s plenty of room for everyone — whether you’re gathering around the table, challenging each other in the game room, relaxing on the deck or covered patio, or ending the evening around the fire. And because we know pets are part of the family too, we’ve made sure your four-legged travelers feel welcome here.

Just outside the door, the Driftless is waiting. Spend the day hiking the bluffs, fishing or boating on the Mississippi, exploring McGregor and nearby river towns, or simply stay put and watch the deer and birds wander through the woods.

We want Driftless Destinations to feel less like a place you rented and more like a place you’re already planning to come back to.

Small family gatherings are welcome. No parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized events. Maximum overnight occupancy is 12 guests, and all guests must follow the property’s house rules.
