"We arrived to the home after a long day of travel and the home hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. The last guest had used all towels and all bed linens. The host did send me 200 due to our troubles but it was up to us to clean the sheets/towels. I guess the cleaner went away for thanksgiving but we got stuck with a dirty home. We had no other options as Bismarck is 1hr 10min away and it was 11pm when we arrived…. It was not a good situation and we will not be back next year…. Host was responsive but lives in Virginia. "
