Ponderosa Pines Retreat spans three beautifully designed floors, each offering a bedroom and a bathroom for optimal privacy and comfort.

Primary level includes access to the oversized 1 car garage, the covered patio, and the laundry room. This bedroom has a lush queen bed and views of the forest and common spaces in the subdivision.

**While we do have a Blackstone grill for guest use, please note we request guests clean the grill after use and therefore make no guarantees to it's cleanliness prior to your arrival. (We opted not to add a $50 each for cleaning fee for the grill to keep costs down and check in times more reasonable - we hope you understand this compromise).
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This was a great location in McCall and Stephanie was a wonderful host. We had everything we needed and more. The check in and check out process was the easiest I have had at any vacation rental. She went above and beyond!
