This is a motel not hotel. The way it is advertised is misleading. While I appreciated the nice hospitality from the staff, I had a few issues during my stay. The room had a strong humidity smell, which was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable either. I also noticed that the windows weren’t soundproof, so any noise from outside was quite disruptive. Being on the first floor made it even more challenging, as I could hear all the sounds coming from the second floor.

Had to change rooms due to hazardous shower where water went all over the floor which caused a fall. When we changed rooms we lost a bed which we needed for 3 TALL adults. Wasn’t given enough towels or any bedding for three people especially when we pay extra for that. No tv to watch. Netflix etc doesn’t work. No cable. We asked front desk and said only local channels work but that didn’t work either. Pull out bed was dirty. Soap bottles were empty. 1 roll of toilet paper. Only stayed because the reservation was non refundable. Staff does NOT care about customers or whether they return.
No shower liner and curtain rod is too far from tub for curtain to hold any water in tub. Floor became a lake which caused a fall/injury. Staff was NOT concerned or apologetic.

Tv does not work. Streaming services like Netflix, Hulu did not work. Called front desk. They sent someone twice and it was never resolved. I spent 8 nights here with being able to use tv. I had to bring my own tv and connect to wifi.

I love the little details they provide in the hotel such as puppy treats, cookies at the lobby, the sitting area by the entrance and the newly added gym (didn’t get to use). The rooms have updates such as usb-c plugs, again, very appreciated and also have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. My only recommendation is to extend the breakfast hours through 10 and/or allow for use of the coffee maker after or grab and go items such as muffins/fruits. We came in late and couldn’t make it to breakfast the first day since they close promptly at 930am.

The room was clean enough, but there was an overwhelming odor of mold as soon as we opened the door. It was evident that mold mitigation included little more that a coat of paint. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.
