Magnificent pleasant villa with 1 floor, very functional situated in Saly (80 km from Dakar), in 2 steps of the village, it will welcome you to discover or return to Senegal.
The villa is built like an African hut style, with private 300m2 garden of where abound flowers and exotic trees: it offers nevertheless all the western comfort and 2 patios allow to take advantage pleasantly from the outside.
The inside of the villa has a surface of 85m2 and consists of a lounge, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 ChB with 1 double bed; 1 ChB with 2 simple beds)and 2 bathrooms.
The roof covered with thatch protects the heats of the sun and gets a sweet coolness for the atmosphere of the villa: however, bedrooms are also air-conditioned or wind ventilated for the warmest months. The accommodation facilities are 6 persons and bed linen, towels are provided.
The service of a maid can be foreseen with your booking for a moderate supplementary participation: excellent cook, she will prepare the meals according to your desires or on the basis of her suggestions.
The immediate nearness of the businesses and the beaches (300 m approximately on foot) does not require the use of a car. However, if walking does not correspond with your envy for discovery, it is possible to rent the services of a carriage or a local taxi which are at arrangement in front of the residence.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa sécurisée idéalement située dans le centre de Saly. Tout est conforme au descriptif. Nous avons profité des 2 terrasses. Le propriétaire est bienveillant et nous a conseillé des personnes de confiance sur place. Nous conseillerons cette location sans hésiter et nous espérons y revenir lors de notre prochain séjour au Sénégal.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours, la résidence est très bien placée, proche des commerces, à 10 minutes de la plage. la maison est très agréable, très fraiche (ce qui est un vrai plus au vu de la chaleur), très spacieuse la piscine est très agréable entre amis ou en famille je vous recommande recommande cette maison

Maison très bien équipée et correspondant totalement aux photos . Un coin de paradis au milieu d'une ville. Les commerces sont à proximité. Il y a un petit auchan et un Super U très bien fourni. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Joséphine et Babacar. Joséphine nous a régalé pendant tout le séjour de ses plats sénégalais; Babacar nous a fait découvrir son pays. Je vous les conseille fortement. À faire et à refaire.....

Nous ( 2 couples de centre Europe ) avons passe tres agreable vacances au Saly. Le vila place au residence calme et fleurie , au centre de la ville , proche des magasins , marche , pas probleme taxi vesr plage ( Obama ). Le villa est bien equipe , meuble . Je recommande les petit reparations - les portes de sanitarires + chambres , les moustiquaires . Mais ce sont les choses , quelles n a pas affecte le sejour.

Résidence fleurie très agréable bien entretenue , nous avons bien profité de la grande piscine. La proximité des commerces et restaurants est très pratique. Après quelques petits équipements à revoir et le changement de la climatisation prévue en novembre, la maison et ses terrasses sera quasi parfaite pour profiter pleinement du sejour. Les résidents sont accueillants et le personnel de la résidence serviable. A refaire en famille car la maison de Gilbert peut accueillir bien plus que 6 personnes.

Séjour parfait!

Située dans une résidence calme, bien entretenue par un personnel très aimable, dotée d'une très belle piscine et bien située car non loin du centre de Saly et ses commerces de proximité, la maison est très agréable et en tous points conforme à sa description. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son jardin fleuri, ses deux terrasses couvertes où il est tellement agréable de se détendre ou de déguster les délicieux petits plats préparés par Joséphine, toujours souriante, efficace et disponible...et spécialiste en tresses africaines... Ces trois semaines ont été un véritable régal et à refaire certainement!

Nous avons bien aimé les services de Joséphine qui nous a chouchouté, Babacar notre chauffeur ponctuel et prudent qui connaît parfaitement son pays , la villa très agréable , la piscine super. Il serait peut être bien de prévoir un petit rangement pour les affaires de toilette dans les salles de bain et un portemanteau , et un petit peu plus de linge de toilette à part cela tout était très bien d'ailleurs nous allons y retourner l'année prochaine

La résidence est très propre et la piscine est très agréable. Elle est bien placée juste à côté du Casino. Il est facile de faire les courses à pied autour de la résidence. La maison est très simple et quelques petites améliorations pourraient être apportées (lumière extérieure cote cuisine ne fonctionne pas, machine à café défaillante, pas de télé car abonnement à Canal résilié, vaisselle dépareillée...) Un petit mémo expliquant quelques règles (transat piscine, wifi etc ...) serait un plus. Il aurait été agréable de trouver au moins une bouteille d'eau potable à l'arrivée (23h30) surtout que dans certains commentaires il semblerait que cette petite attention avait bien lieu auparavant ! Séjour agréable tout de même, les 32 degrés sont appréciables en cette saison !

Résidence très calme à cette période, quasiment jamais personne à la piscine. Que des éloges quant à la résidence qui est bien située et bien gardée. La maison de Gilbert est confortable et fonctionnelle et Marie Michèle très sympathique et disponible pour le ménage et la réception. En ce qui concerne la maison un petit regret que la climatisation soit aussi bruyante et peu efficace à refroidir l'ensemble de la maison mais elle semble utile seulement à l'hivernage. En résumé une location à conseiller et que j'essaierai de reproduire, merci Gilbert!
