We have messaged the hotel the day before arrival for some requests. Was told the check in desk will accommodate our request and they are on our file. When we checked in, the staff did not acknowledge any requests we have made. Since our requests were not a must, we did not pushed for them. We stayed here for the entire trip, total of 8 nights. We like the pool, the service on the pool level. Very friendly and attentive, often check on us when we were in the pool. The lobby coffee shop lady was very sweet. She recognized me the second day already and even if I did not ordered from her, she greeted me with a smile and hola. The bell persons were very kind too, always a good morning or have a good day. The front desk staff, which is by the evaluators, never say hi to us as we walked in. Housekeeping was a different story. Everyday there was something not replenish or missing. One day was hand soap, the other day with no towel. The first 2 day we have to call and ask for toilet paper. In my opinion, as a Hilton property, I expect at least a 4+ stars service. The location of this hotel is nice, walkable to Malecon and local shops. Local bus stop right in front of the hotel. Yet, we can basically wave to the bus driver on this main road and they will stop for you. Overall, this is a “ok” place to stay but a little disappointed at some of the services.

I didn’t like that the towels were really stained ready for the trash and the first day we didn’t even have a new roll of toilet paper nor an extra one. Other than that the staff at the lobby they were real nice also love the spa service all the staff is wonderful.

They stole my crocs the hotel was dirty they rarely cleaned the room and when they did clean it was poorly done the also allowed the days pass which is for locals to use the pool and allowed them to bring outside food which made the place look messy and there was no place for use to enjoy the pool for those reasons I would be coming back

Me hospedé de el 9 de agosto hasta el 22 de agosto el tercer día me robaron mis zapatos crocs. La limpieza se cuarto no se hacía correctamente y en ocasiones ni se realizaba. El drenaje de el baño estaba tapado y ni lo limpiaban, incluso dejan entrar a gente local a usar la alberca lo cual deja poco espacio para los que pagamos el precio completo de la estancia. Por estas y muchas razones más no volveré a hospedarme en Double Tree Mazatlán
