**Due to remodeling and maintenance, the swimming pool is closed from January 8th to 19th.
The apartment is located on the fifteenth floor, so the view is unparalleled towards the boardwalk. It has high quality finishes that give it a touch of elegance and sophistication.
It is ideal for 6 people and is distributed as follows:
-Living room with TV and Netflix
-Dining area for 6 people
-Kitchen equipped with utensils and basic appliances for cooking and breakfast bar.
