Our beautiful holiday home is perfect for 2 guests and features a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet with bidet function, washbasin, WC, and electric heating.



The living room is decorated in Spanish style and offers a comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning (cooling/heating), two fans, an electric fireplace, a dining area, and two smart TVs with free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a mini oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, grill plate, pressure cooker, toaster, hand blender, Dolce Gusto (pods), and a wide selection of crockery, pans, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. In the patio, you’ll find a washing machine and a seating area. The windows have security and blackout shutters.



Outside, you can enjoy a spacious, beautifully landscaped garden with fruit and olive trees, colourful flowers, and garden furniture. There’s also a private terrace where you can enjoy the sun in winter.



The holiday home is in a unique location at the edge of the urbanisation, with direct access to the Via Verde de Mazarrón, a stunning natural area ideal for walking and cycling.



At 200 m there is a lovely communal pool (managed and accessed externally). Tennis courts are available. At 150 m you’ll find a SPAR shop, hairdresser, and pétanque court. Beaches and shops are 4 to 8 km away. Two beach chairs and a parasol are provided.



Mazarron Country Club is accessible via Corvera Murcia Airport and a 33-minute drive.
