Fusilla Boutique Loft

Welcome to Casa di Fusilla, a charming studio apartment meticulously designed by Chiara, with a special focus on women's needs, yet welcoming to everyone.
This gem of efficiency and style proves that greatness isn't measured in square meters. Every detail has been carefully crafted to ensure you lack nothing.
The heart of the home is a cozy double bed, accompanied by a sleeper chair offering a flexible solution for additional guests.
The kitchen is small and functional - you wouldn't want to always eat at home, would you?? Mazara del Vallo is filled with local restaurants serving excellent fish!
The bathroom is no less impressive, featuring a spacious shower where you can relax after a day of exploration, reflecting Chiara's thoughtful consideration for comfort and well-being.
Let's not forget the shared laundry room, equipped with everything necessary to take care of your clothes during your stay, including the option to hang laundry, a small yet significant touch of home.
There's air conditioning that both cools and heats, and for the colder winters, there's also gas and a heating system with radiators.
Since 2023, we've been producing clean energy thanks to a large photovoltaic system installed on the roof.
But the real icing on the cake is the large sea-view terrace, accessible by climbing a flight of stairs. Shared with other guests, this space offers a serene refuge to admire the breathtaking sunsets over the sea, a moment of pure magic that enriches every stay.
Located in the heart of the city, just 550 meters from the seafront promenade and the vibrant historical center of Mazara, Casa di Fusilla boasts an excellent location right in the center.
