The villa is located in a beachfront position on the coast of the Lungomare Fata Morgana, and is in an excellent position to visit all the wonders of western Sicily, just 3km from the historic center, 2km from the Capofeto Nature Reserve, 30km from Selinunte (Largest Archaeological Park in Europe), 35Km from Birgi airport (Trapani), and 90km from Palermo airport, sites of marvelous beauty within easy reach, such as Segesta, the Saline, the Cave di Cusa, the Islands Aeolian Islands, Scala dei Turchi ... etc ...
