OUR VILLA IS A COUNTRY OF THE FIRST MAZAN AMPHORE VINEYARD BETWEEN CITY AND COUNTRYSIDE. IT IS ORIENTED SOUTH FACING FRONT OF THE FOREST OF AUZON, WITHOUT OPPOSITE TO IT. SA TOTAL AREA OF 112 METERS SQUARE IS IMPLANTED ON A PLOT OF 1588 METERS SQUARE GREEN TREES.


FOR LOVERS OF BICYCLES, THERE IS THE FAMOUS STAGE OF A GRAVIR Mont Ventoux. YOU CAN ALSO VISIT THE GORGE NESQUE THE FOUNTAIN OF VAUCLUSE, BRIDGE OF AVIGNON, the caves of THOUZON, Gordes AND Luberon. FOR LOVERS OF GOLF THERE IS A VERY NICE JOURNEY TO TWENTY MILES FROM OUR HOUSE A SAUMANE VAUCLUSE.

Super verblijf & locatie!!!

La maison est super. Une maison spacieuse où rien ne manque avec un grand jardin (avec l'ombre nécessaire) et une piscine. Idéal avec notre ami à quatre pattes, complètement fermé. Super situé (très calme) avec tout très proche et facile d'accès. Recommandé. Mme Grimaud, la propriétaire, est très chaleureuse et sympathique. En cas de doute ou de question, elle est toujours disponible.

Ontvangst door Nissa was erg goed. Zeer vriendelijk en alles prima geregeld. Ze kwam later nog verlichting brengen voor de tuin omdat de vaste verlichting stuk was. Zwembad en huis zeer goed en een geweldig verblijf voor mensen met een hond. Hele tuin is afgezet zodat de hond hele dag lekker los kan lopen. Nissa is een uitermate vriendelijke vrouw die zorg draagt dat je het goed hebt. Supermarkten kort in de buurt en bakker en pizzeria op loopafstand. Mazan enkele leuke goede restaurants. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Tolles Haus, etwas ins Alter gekommen

Sehr entspannend und erholsam. Leider hat es aktuell kein Trampolin und auch kein Tischtennistisch. Dieser wurde in Aussicht gestellt, wurde aber in unseren zwei Wochen nicht geliefert. Der Geschirrspüler war defekt und wurde während des Aufenthalts repariert. Die Unterteilung "Hundebereich" und Poolbereich war sehr passend. Wir wurden sehr nett betreut. In der heutigen Zeit wäre ein Schlüsselkasten für die An- und Abreise kundenfreundlicher als die persönliche Übergabe des Schlüssels. Diese erfolgte aber sehr schnell, nachdem wir mitteilten, dass wir vor Ort sind. Das Haus ist sehr passend eingerichtet - aber leider auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dadurch hat es schon den einen oder anderen Mangel (Beschädigungen Infrastruktur / Mobiliar). Da aber das Haus sehr sauber angetroffen werden konnte, war dies für uns nebensächlich.Mazan ist ein sehr passender Urlaubsort für Leute, welche die Ruhe suchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Arzt, Tierarzt sind vorhanden. In der Umgebung hat es Wanderungen, welche man über das entsprechende App gut findet.Die vor Ort Betreuung ist sehr gut und die Kommunikation erfolgt sehr schnell.

Een super toffe gastvrouw die de nodige uitleg gaf en die steeds tot je dienst was voor verdere info. We hadden een zalige vakantie. Super genoten van het zwembad. Alles was aanwezig wat Wij nodig hadden.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances à Mazan, comme l'année dernière. La maison est bien située et agréablement rafraîchie et possède une très belle piscine. En cas de problème, Nissa trouve toujours une solution appropriée. Hautement recommandé.

Nous avons, de nouveau, eu de bonnes vacances. La maison a tout ce qu'il faut. Le jardin et piscine sont top, pour nous et pour notre chien (complètement enclôturé). Très proche des magasins, restaurants etc. Mme. Grimaud nous a bien reçu et est toujours disponible si nécéssaire. Nous y retournons certainement.

Maison très agréable pour visiter et se reposer

Nous avons passé des super vacances dans cette maison qui est très bien située pour visiter le Vaucluse et très agréable pour se détendre grâce à sa piscine et ses équipements extérieurs (même si cet été nous n'avions pas la chance d'avoir le trampoline). Literie très confortable. un seul petit bémol: trop peu de vaisselle pour le quotidien.

Nous ne pouvions pas imaginer de meilleures vacances.

La maison offre beaucoup d'espace, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La maison reste agréable et fraîche grâce à l'air conditionné, même pendant les jours et les nuits les plus chauds. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et très pratique. Il y a un grand salon avec des volets automatiques et une grande télévision. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits sont très bons et il y a beaucoup d'espace de rangement pour les vêtements. La salle de bain est également spacieuse avec une douche bienfaisante, nous n'avons pas utilisé la baignoire. La maison offre une très bonne connexion internet, le wifi fonctionne parfaitement jusqu'à la terrasse extérieure. La propriété est entièrement clôturée, ce qui était très bien pour nos petits chiens. La belle piscine est également clôturée. Belle et grande terrasse et grand jardin bien entretenu. Encore un grand merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux, pour les 2 nouveaux barbecues (1 au charbon de bois et 1 au gaz) et ses bons soins. Nous reviendrons certainement ici.

een mooie en leuke vakantiewoning

de vakantiewoning overtrof alle verwachtingen. Alles was voorzien , niets ontbrak. De eigendom is volledig omheind en rustig gelegen, prima terrein om een hond mee te brengen. Dit is één van de weinige leuke huisjes in de streek die volledig op een huisdier voorzien zijn. Ook een bakker + supermarkt op wandelafstand. Mevr. Grimaud hartelijk bedankt voor uw vriendelijk ontvangst. PS : gratis snelle wifi beschikbaar , :)

Belle location !!!

Nous avons passés un très bon sejour dans cette jolie villa au calme bien clôturée pour accueillir nos animaux. Piscine et climatisation très appréciés pour supporter les fortes chaleurs. La propriétaire est très agréable, disponible et à l’ecoute des demandes si besoin. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Positif : piscine, région et maison de bonne surface pour 3 personnes. Négatif : maison qui sent le tabac froid, détecteurs de fumée enlevés, barbecue inutilisable car grilles rouillées, manque de couverts et de casseroles ( 1 casserole et 1 poêle), poubelle électrique cuisine HS , 1 couette pour 2 lits, pas de lampes de chevet dans une chambre, pas d’éclairage dans la piscine et pelouse non tondue et enfin transats cassés.

La maison est comme nous l'avions espéré : spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. La propriétaire a répondu à toutes nos demandes et résolu au mieux les petits inconvénients de la location. Les seules remarques négatives ont été : - meubles de la cuisine et de la salle de bain cassés. Suite aux nombreuses locations successives il est nécessaire de prévoir les réparations et ne pas attendre la fin de saison. - la piscine n'étant ni chauffée ni couverte par une bâche la nuit, elle se refroidit et il ne nous a pas possible d'en profiter tout le séjour.

Super lieu de vacances

J'aurais aimé dire plein d'atrocités sur cette villa... rien que pour garder cette pépite pour moi! Mais impossible, car tout était au top pour nos vacances: très agréable villa bien spacieuse (nous étions 3) et très bien équipée, la piscine (un must par ces chaleurs estivales) propre et suffisamment grande, la clim, le garage, le jardin, la terrasse, le bbq, la machine à laver (utile pour limiter les valises!), le lave-vaisselle, etc. Et avec tout cela, j'ajoute la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire. Enfin, l'emplacement est idéal si vous cherchez le calme pour les soirées (et les grasses matinées) tout en étant proche de la ville et de magasins pour vos courses. Vous l'aurez compris, je recommande fortement. Nous, en tous cas, nous avons apprécié, et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir pour continuer à explorer la région.

Perfecte vakantie

Het huis is netjes en alles is aanwezig. Het privézwembad en gezellige tuin zijn de grootste troef. Bovendien is de ligging iodeaal om uitstapjes te doen. Je verblijft in alle rust, maar bent toch overal snel bij. Winkel en bakker op wandelafstand. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die bij een probleem onmiddellijk beschikbaar zijn met raad en daad. Een absolute aanrader!
