Enjoyed our stay. Rooms are expensive and are not as luxurious as one would expect for the price. Bathrooms are big but not cosy. Room lacking any individuality.Rooms over looking car park not offering nice views. Food excellent. Chrildren running up and down corridors not very inviting, although that was early in evening. People using lodges were also having breakfast, we were staying in the hotel and had to wait a while for a table. Guests off the hotel should be giving priority and reservstions should know what quests are having breakfast due to teir bookings. Best if that issue is sorted.

Excellent facility and staff and grounds. Salmon river runs thru property. Trout lake on property, Golf driving range.

We had such a wonderful time at Mount Falcon during our 4 days. It is by far the most welcoming and comfortable places we've visited on our journey throughout western Ireland. From the Giants Causeway to the ring of Kelly we've stayed in a few places along the way and Mount Falcon has been our favorite. Their service and hospitality is second to no one and we will be returning on our next adventure through Ireland!

On a whim I decided to veer from my typical B&B choices to something a little different. I was not disappointed. After almost nonstop touring of the country for a week, my stay at Mount Falcon proved a relaxing break. The atmosphere is tranquil and the grounds beautiful. The staff was ever attentive to my every need, even taking my rental car in to an auto shop to check and see if there was a leak in my tire! I would definitely return, and bring the rest of my family and perhaps stay in one of the self-catering cottages. Alas, the only complaint I had was the lack of cold water in my room (all of the faucets ran nothing but hot!?) I'm thinking this must have been an isolated incident though.
