You can relax by the swimming pool, organize a pétanque tournament (table football and ping-pong too), relax as a group in the television lounge... You will also be on a 33 hectare farm, still cultivated by the family (former caterers), and you will have access to 5 hectares of forests for walking. It was Colette's father who bought, in 1947, this typical Lauragais farm dating from the 19th century. 42km south of the historic center of Toulouse, you will be close to many activities and visits: 10 minutes by car from Nailloux (motorway exit, brand village, swimming lake) and Auterive (shops, cinema, market, museum, Ariège river, canoeing, treetop adventure park), 15km from the Canal du Midi (UNESCO World Heritage, bike rides, on foot and barge rides), 53km from Foix (department of Ariège) and 80km from Carcassonne (Aude department). Gîte on 2 levels: - Ground floor: entrance, "Tomette" bedroom (180cm double bed, private bathroom: shower with hydromassage jets), separate WC, lounge, living room: dining room (for 30 people seated) and semi-detached kitchen -professional, separate WC. - Upstairs, library area (convertible sofa for 2 people, games for children and books), "Green" bedroom (double bed 180cm, 2 bunk beds 90cm and 1 baby bed, private bathroom), bedroom "Blue" (180cm double bed, private bathroom), WC. On this level, a huge games room takes place with a gigantic flat screen TV, a mini bar/cafe, an American billiards table, a card games table, a WII game console, a table football, a record player , a karaoke, a bluetooth speaker, a guitar...as well as 2 bedrooms, "Pierre" and "Salmon": 160cm bed and shared bathroom, separate WC. TV in each room and shower gel/shampoo in the bathrooms. Internet via WIFI (40 devices can connect, ideal for teleworking). At Gîte de Lucat, everything has been thought out and designed to make you have an extraordinary vacation where boredom is a forbidden word!
