Accommodating up to 10 guests, the Bonshaw Estate is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single-level retreat designed for relaxation and gathering. Enjoy the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, equipped with a DeLonghi Coffee machine and modern amenities. The indoor/outdoor flow leads to a fantastic entertaining area featuring a Weber BBQ and outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying sunny summer days and evenings under the stars. For added relaxation, unwind in the spa pool or catch a movie in the dedicated movie room. Spending a day at the snow? There’s no problem getting wet gear dry with the inbuilt drying room. Central heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort.

Barn House:
A charming two-story home, accommodates up to 8 guests. Downstairs, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area provides a cozy space to enjoy, while the combined bathroom and laundry add convenience. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a second living room with a sofa bed offer additional space and comfort. Stay warm during cooler months with a heat pump in the main living area and wall panel heaters in the bedrooms.
Bonshaw Estate features extensive outdoor entertainment options, including a large concreted area perfect for bike and scooter riding, a bike jump, as well as a basketball hoop and trampoline. With unlimited parking and double garaging, you can easily bring along your boat or jet ski to enjoy a day on the lake.
