Wonderful service!!! Super clean and modern. There was construction, but it didn’t disrupt our room. Food was just fine, but not amazing.

The property was under construction when we were there.

I liked the pools, cleaniness, but i didnt like the construction on site.

Beach and beach access were great. Construction started the day after we arrived (we were not warned of this when making desert) with jackhammering from 9-5. Even going to the beach didn’t get us far enough from the noise. Our room was in the south building which was worn. Carpet in halls is stretched and our bathroom door squeaked loudly making getting ready we n the morning when others were sleeping tough. I appreciate they are trying to update the property I just wish I had been warned of this when reserving through orbitz...

Beautiful sunset view, nice restaurants. They were doing construction and it was quite noisy by the pool.

Ants in the first room that was assigned. Carpets in the halls are worn wrinkled and have odors. Most every decent spot to sit poolside requires reservations with fees as much as $250 per day! Basically they want you to walk around and pay to sit down. The fish pond waterfall has old water and seems to also have an odor.

The property is centrally located near whalers village with easy access to restaurants and shops. It’s a bit busier than the Ritz up the road, but as s young family that was great to have with our daughter. The sunset views are beautiful and direct as opposed to some other hotels. Monkey Pod restaurant was our go to throughout. Not all rooms have bathtubs so we needed to switch rooms. Dalton was the manager that helped us and he was great... the other manager was not as accommodating and left us with a bad impression. Also the bellhop staff is slow so I would recommend taking your own luggage to the room if you want it within an hour

location was great, Whalers Village with several fun places to eat just 2 minute walk. New lobby looks great. carpet in the hallways needs updates. room was very comfortable

Construction was horrible with one working elevator in the lobby that took us 15 minutes to get into our room after a long flight. Valet only available for parking that was $30/day that was never specified online. This Westin only has 1 jacuzzi that’s pretty smal and is always full with people so wasn’t able to enjoy it out of our 5 day stay at the hotel.

If we would have known that the hotel was under construction, we would have booked somewhere else. Granted, the carpeting and paint did need updating and I understand that this needs to happen at some point, I just wish it wouldn’t have been going on during our stay. The hotel also tacks on a lot of extra charges, like a $30 per day shuttle charge, for a shuttle that we never used. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable though and the pool area is beautiful.

To start off, as soon as we arrived we pulled in to park to find out they only offered valet parking meaning we would have to pay irregardless for it due to the construction going on. We then come to find the construction going on inside the hotel was not disclosed to us prior to making the reservation. It was not a relaxing vacation by far, the noise inside and out of the hotel made it impossible to relax at the pool and beach with the sound of jack hammers going constantly. We had just got engaged and this was not the ideal type of celebration either of us had anticipated. The elevators took forever due to the construction, the door in the bathroom would not close properly, the safe in the room did not even work and the beds were the most uncomfortable we've ever had. It was disappointing especially since we've been loyal to Westin for years. Honestly, I can't wait to get home to hopefully be able to relax before heading back to work which is not the way a milestone vacation should end.

Westin is under renovation, I wish I knew this before I got there, there is banging and grinding sounds all day near the pools and above my room all day. It’s hard to relax when you feel like you’re in a construction site. The spa is closed for renovation, entrance lobby is temporary placed, there’s boarded up areas which makes you walk long ways around the hotel. Property is very tight and cramped at pool areas. I was told that renovation will be done by December 2020 so probably will not return until it’s done. Hotel has no self parking, valet only. On the upside the hotel is right next to Whaler’s Village which is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Beach is right outside. Room was spacious with balcony, no tub shower only, lots of drawer spaces and big TV screen. Good in room amenities, water, towels, coffee maker, small refrigerator. Hotel is family friendly with kid pools. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Hi lite is catching sunsets from pool area.

6 th time staying here over the last 5 years. Normally a fantastic experience. Unfortunately this time there was major construction both in one whole tower and also they were building a parking garage. The entire entrance has been moved temporarily. You are now forced to Valet park (previously able to self park as well). However they did not mention the fact they are now charging $30.00 a day to park until you get your bill upon check out. Previously if there was no self-parking available they gave you complimentary valet. I am ok with paying to park, just make sure it is clear at the beginning it is not free due to the construction. Also it was down to just one elevator bank for the hotel from the lobby which ended up causing a lot of backups to get to your room and blocked the hallway with people when trying to get past. We ended up just using the stairs. For some people this may not be as easy. Our room was a golf/mountain view and unfortunately the construction made it pretty uncomfortable to use during the day. The balcony was also uncomfortable due to the noise during the day. The staff were not as friendly either as previous years and i believe it may be due to the stress of construction and guests frustration with it. It is normally a very nice hotel with great staff. I imagine it will be again after construction is wrapped up. Just make sure that is done prior to booking. Unfortunately, we payed the normal price for a sub-par experience.

The resort is beautiful despite the construction going on. Staff was very friendly.

Major construction going on. Wait until they are finished to go.
