Very helpful, friendly staff. Condo was well stocked and in great condition. Robes and beach towels were also provided. The grounds are beautiful. Several restaurants in walking distance. A lovely, quiet place.
We stayed at the Mauian for our visit to Maui. The hotel was great and we were very happy with our stay. The grounds are kept up very well and are very pretty with the landscaping and such. The rooms were nice and clean. They did not have a TV but that was not a big issue. On the plus side, they had a small kitchenette area with fridge and microwave. The hotel was right next to the beach, which was amazing. We were able to walk from our room to the beach in a few seconds. The hotel also provided chairs to use, which was a nice feature. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great boutique hotel right on Napili Beach. The studio rooms are well equipped with updated furnishings and were very clean. The staff were very friendly and the morning snack provided in the ohana room was a great addition.
Property felt safe and secluded. Family was able to relax and it was nice to have access to the beach just steps away. Best night sleep I had gotten in a while.

It is a beautiful location and features very nice rooms, a convenient and clean pool, great ocean beach access and wonderful staff. Wi-Fi access was not available in room and I needed to visit the room where TV was located to access the Wi-Fi on my computer. This is a big thing to some people.
The beach is gorgeous and just few steps from the property.
Pros: Awesome Location, Next to Beach, Love the Tiki Torches as night next to pool. Cons: Very Small Kitchens, Soft Temperpedic Bed, Queen Size Bed, Small Rooms, Not Fully Stocked Kitchen (Missing Cutting Board, No Glasswear to Cook Food in Convection Oven, Very Small Rooms, Newly Upgrade Room is Functional but Very Cheap.) If you book a room and want a kitchen with a two-burner stove make sure not to pick pool view option...Their advertisement is not very clear. You need to pick the partial ocean view option. Bought food for the week and checked into a room with no stove!!! Upon realizing this we went back and told them that we were under the impression we get a two burner stove. They said pool view doesn't come with two burner stove and we would need to pay $50 extra a night!!! Orbitz and The Mauian need to clearly to hotel guests that the pool view don't come with two burner stove! Look how the Mauian advertises room and you will see what I am talking about. If you are looking for a larger kitchen option with firm bed you might be better off looking at other properties just north or south of this Resort.
This is far from a boutique hotel, this property is extremely outdated. No TVs in room. Housekeeping and gardens woke me up every single day asking if I wanted room service at 7-8 am or people raking leaves. Additionally, walls are paper thin and can hear adjacent rooms or People staying above you.
Love that this property has ocean access in a beautiful bay. There are walkable bars and restaurants to this location and the views are beautiful any time of day. Beach chairs and a pool are included in your stay, which we enjoyed greatly while on property!
