Construction Zone jack hammering at pool area for five days during stay. Unable to relax at property, had to leave property to enjoy vacation . Staff no help, no heads up of construction, told to go next property to use facility and pool area. Food pool was poor quality, poor service with attitude. Only ones would help was the valet parking staff!!! Avoid this hotel from hell!!!
Restaurant food is no good. We got influenza eating from there. More Over no medical help at all on site. Asked if there was a doctor near by they said “no there used to be a doctor but not there anymore “
They charge unnecessary fees each night, they call it a resort fee.
The hotel itself is gorgeous and clean. Staff was all very nice and helpful. The only drawback was the noise from the elevators all day and night, and the food was way overpriced for what we got compared to local restaurants.
What a beautiful place to get away! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. We are so sad to leave but can’t wait to come back and visit again.

The Service is world class! The bell hop, the front desk men, the valet were so cool and had outstanding Aloha spirit. The hotel updates are nice. The pools are fantastic. We had a great breakfast with waitress Flow attending to us. We will come back!
