Awesome place to stay with great beach access and a wonderful, helpful staff! It has two pools, a fitness center, and a laundary room on the property, as well as full kitchens in the units. Recommend renting a car as Ubers and Lyfts are scarce in the area. The Castaway Cafe is located on the property and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a bunch of other options for dining within a few minutes drive as well. If you’re looking to cook, there is a Safeway right down the street that has a wonderful selection of freshly caught seafood. Can’t wait for our next stay!

We loved our stay at Aston Maui Kaanapali Villas. We went for our 20th anniversary and stayed 4 nights, and it was just the right environment for us. Quiet, clean, easily accessible to the beach & parking. The grounds are beautiful. It's more chill and low-key than the nearby high-rise resorts. We rented snorkels and enjoyed the beautiful reef in front of the Villas. A real gem.

We paid extra for a beach front view and we did not get that whatsoever it was maybe a garden view, but other than that the room was very spacious and clean with good kitchen. There was an extra daily fee when we got there that we weren’t expecting as well and they cleaned every four days instead of daily if you like that. The restaurant at the hotel was very convenient and the beach you can walk to is absolutely gorgeous. They had fresh coffee daily in the am, which was very nice.

LOCATION: Kaanapali Beach is amazing. This is the part of Maui to be on: snorkeling, swimming, food and shopping all walking distance from this resort. RESORT: Getting old but well maintained, half condo, lots of friendly elderly folk who either live there now or have condos that they visit for stretches of time. The pools are fenced, restaurant is decent, beach is nice with no erosion (as is present further north). It is easily the "least" of the resorts on Kaanapali beach but it is also the most affordable and it is still nice. OUR ROOM (too-oh-ate): clean, no bugs, decent beds, big balcony that overlooks the front entry (no real garden view) but the unit is very much ready for a remodel. It really needs new carpet and for the kitchen appliances to be updated. We were disappointed but it did not dampen the rest of our holiday which was amazing. SNORKELING: We loved Black Rock and the park just to the north of the hotel. These two locations are within easy walking from the hotel. Both had rays, turtles, healthy coral and lots of fish.
