In the hamlet Škalniški with 6 houses 4 km from the centre of Jurdani, 8.5 km from the centre of Matulji, 12 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet position, 12 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 1'000 m2, lawn 250 m2 trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 01.Oct.). Hot tub, arbour, terrace (18 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (1.7 km via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 12 km, concrete beach 12 km. Please note: suitable for families.
