It is ideal for all seasons as it is fully air-conditioned but also offers underfloor heating in all rooms. Enjoy being together over a morning coffee and breakfast or balmy summer evenings on one of the terraces. You will find refreshment on warm summer days in the attractive pool and whirlpool in front of the house, as well as a barbecue on a covered terrace to prepare your favourite specialities.

Etwas abgelegen aber dafür mit einem tollen Blick über Opatija aufs Meer! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht! Der Pool war toll zur Abkühlung an den heißen Tagen, die Sonnenschirme könnten etwas stabiler sein. Gordan und Maja waren sehr nette Gastgeber mit tollen Tipps zu Ausflügen und Stränden!

Tolles Haus in super ruhiger Lage.Der W-Pool und Pool sind fantastisch. Der Ausblick - WOW. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. 8 Tage Erholung für die gesamte Familie. Die Kinder waren ebenfalls sehr begeistert. Der einzige negative Punkt sind die fehlenden Fliegengitter an den Fenster und Türen. Was das Durchlüften am Abend schwierig gestaltet wegen den Stechmücken.

Udlejerne var meget hjælpsomme og venlige, hvilket hjalp en del.

Udlejerne var meget hjælpsomme og venlige, hvilket hjalp en del. Huset ligger IKKE kun 1100 meter fra havet (måske i fugleflugt) men vi fandt ikke nogen sti ned til havet og skulle den findes, er det så stejlt at gå tilbage, at det vil tage meget lang tid. En bil er klart behøvet. Der er en meget lille butik som har lidt kød, lidt brød og diverse småting men ellers er det ind til byen for større indkøb. Der er én restaurant i området, Kineka og den er heldigvis også rigtig god og prisvenlig. Naboerne er søde og stille. Området har en fantastisk udsigt med enormt snævre og snørklede veje. Der er 3 dobbeltsenge og dermed 6 sovepladser. Der er én enkeltseng i sit eget værelse. Der er kun aircondition i stuen ovenpå. Man skal være obs på at medbringe toiletpapir og skraldeposer, der manglede også en reel skraldespand i køkkenet. Der er "kun" stole og solstole etc. Til 4 personer. Grunden er ikke indhegnet ud til vejen (hvor eneste trafik dog er naboerne). Poolen var dejlig og cirka 26-28 grader varm, jacuzzien var også skøn at have og kan justeres i temperatur - er bestemt et besøg værd efter solnedgang. Hverken koordinaterne til adressen eller selve adressen var korrekt men det var dog lige ved siden af. Alt i alt havde vi en dejlig uge og til prisen er der 4-5 stjerner værd, udlejerne gør alt for at hjælpe, hvis der er noget.

Super freundliche Vermieter.

Super freundliche Vermieter. Alles war sehr sauber und alle Anliegen wurden vom Vermieter unverzüglich erledigt. Kleiner Minuspunkt: zuwenig Sonnenschirme und ein keine Fliegengitter. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und den tollen Pool ausgiebig genutzt.
