Zeer ruim huis op prachtige ligging met uitzicht op de kust en het stadje, maar veel gebreken.

Ligging, uitzicht en ruimte van het huis zijn uitstekend en de huurprijs is zeer aantrekkelijk, maar daar houdt het ook mee op. Bij aankomst word je begroet door zo'n 15 katten en honden (deuren toe houden). Het was erg koud (maart 2018, overdag 10-12°); er is CV en een elektrische blazer/koeler, maar zelfs na 3 dagen op volle kracht, haal je max. 19°. De verwarmingsketel maakt bovendien een hels lawaai. Oven, vaatwas en boiler ontbreken; dampkap werkt niet. De meeste deuren klemmen en/of sluiten niet. 2 slaapkamers hebben geen buitenramen en zijn niet te verduisteren. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers, maar slechts 1 tafel voor max. 6 personen. Eet- en kookgerief zijn minimaal en in slechte staat. Zeer rustige ligging op 1 km boven het stadje. Steile, maar goed berijdbare helling. Waarschijnlijk wel een aangenaam verblijf in de zomer voor wie de gebreken erbij wil nemen.

Très bon accueil

L'appartement est surprenant avec des fenêtres de chambres qui donnent sur le salon ou la salle à manger. Il faut monter en voiture une pente assez abrupte en voiture depuis la ville pour accéder au logement. Mais la vue est magnifique et le propriétaire Michele (prononcer Miquélé) est très accueillant, bourré d'énergie. Par contre, l'équipement du logement est succinct et minimal.
