check in staff was not friendly other was ok

Brsides check in and only some staff beeing friendly it was an over all good experiance. I wish that the staff would care more about the guests! The hotel was managed ok. The facility is in a bit poor condition and needs some care. Floors are a bit dirty and it makes an over all a bit older apperance even in the "new" part of the building. Worst part is the cold LED lighting. Not a hood atmosphere and makes the place cold and not very relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had booked the three to four people rooms, and it was quite spacey for us three in a room. However it was hard to find the location of the hotel at the beginning.

古い旅館ながら、清掃やリノベーションに力を入れている感じが伝わってくる。 ただ、滞在期間中たまたまなのか外国人宿泊者がいて、温泉のマナーが悪く楽しめなかったのが残念。 外国人宿泊者がいる時には温泉の見回りを増やすか、案内を外国語で記す等の工夫が必要だと感じた。 温泉は洗い場が少なく感じた。

お風呂と朝食

スタッフの方々は皆様、素晴らしかったです。 展望風呂は気持ちが良かったのですが、1階のお風呂は狭い、またドライヤーが1台しかなく、残念でした。 部屋にもドライヤーはありますが、出力が低いので長い髪の私には不十分でした。 テレビの映りが悪いのと残念でした。 朝食もあまり新鮮味がありませんでした。 ですが、本当にスタッフの皆様方は爽やかで素晴らしかったです。 ロビーのドリンクサービスも良かったし、それを部屋に持ち帰ることができることも良かったです。 何度も書きますが、スタッフの皆様は本当に感じが良くて、素晴らしかったです！！！ お世話になりました。

食事は美味しいです。

まず、車で行きましたが、正面入り口に誰もいないので、どこに駐車して良いのかわかりませんでした。結果的にはバレットパーキングでしたので、それも書いておいてくれたら良いと思います。食事はとても美味しいです。残念なのは、早く終わらせて欲しいのか、出てくるペースが早いので、途中でペースを落とすようお願いしたら、その後は大丈夫でした。部屋は綺麗でしたが、エアコンの効きが今ひとつであったり、ウォッシュレットの設置がガタガタしていました。フロントやスタッフの対応はとても感じよかったと思います。
