We had the most incredible weekend at Holly Bush Farm, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the property felt like a luxurious yet welcoming home-away-from-home—thoughtfully restored with the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern comfort.The layout is ideal for large groups or family gatherings: spacious communal areas, a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining space, and plenty of cosy corners to relax in. Every bedroom was beautifully appointed, with comfy beds, quality linens, and touches of personality that made each one feel special. The ensuites and bathrooms were hotel-standard—immaculate and well-stocked.The outside space is just as impressive. We enjoyed long evenings on the patio with a BBQ and drinks, surrounded by the peaceful countryside. The views of the Derbyshire hills were simply breathtaking—and we loved how secluded the property felt while still being close to everything. Chatsworth House, Bakewell, and the Peak District walks are all within easy reach.Extras like the games room, large dining table, and beautiful fireplace added even more magic to the stay. Every detail has clearly been considered to make hosting a group simple and stress-free.The Peak Venues team were excellent—friendly, responsive, and full of great local tips.If you’re looking for a special venue to gather, celebrate, or unwind in the Peak District, Holly Bush Farm is absolutely faultless. We’ll be back.
