Boaters will enjoy 1 walk around boat lift + kayak dock and extra kayaks to use; a water enthusiast's dream! Island hop by boat, kayak, fish, explore the breathtaking waters of SW FL! Free RV hook-up if needed.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. There is a locked single car garage on the right side of the home that is locked with the owners supplies. You and your guests still have full access to the 2 car garage to the left of the home.

Quiet neighborhood and extremely safe, everything is in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We had such a great time at the property. The house was very clean and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool and just generally hanging out on property. Everything was as described. Host was quick to respond. Everything was easy, check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Anniversary wekend
We were happy to spend our 13th wedding anniversary with our friends. The house was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed some fishing right off the dock. caught us some snook and snapper. Lots of catfish and crabs though. Host was kind and available when we needed him. We will definitely be back again.
