You are sure to see interesting and beautiful wildlife, including dolphins, manatees, many types of waterfowl, eagles, pelicans and more!

This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home is bright and tropical with plenty of room for 6 with the pullout sleeper sofa. The layout is open and airy, an excellent open feel with double-sliders that open directly to a huge screened-in lanai overlooking the boat lift and extra-wide canal. The well appointed kitchen has everything you will need to make your vacation dining and entertaining easy and enjoyable. The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, en suite full bathroom, sliding door directly to the lanai and a smart TV. The guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed, separate full bathroom, and a smart TV as well. There are also large smart TVs for your viewing pleasure in the den and on the lanai.

Unique art galleries, boutiques, live entertainment, great local restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, and more within walking distance await your exploration on the quaint and beautiful island of Matlacha. And if you have a need for additional or chain restaurants, retail, grocery chains or big box stores, they are just a short drive away.

This is a meticulously maintained property with over 1100 sq ft of living space, with a washer/dryer, air conditioning, heat, dishwasher, wifi and smart TVs ready for your enjoyment.
