Apartamento bom e muito bem localizado. Prédio e apartamento muito limpos. Alguns móveis estão bem antigos, colchões de casal razoáveis. Ventiladores de teto não giram o suficiente para refrescar, precisam de uma verificação. Banheiros reformados e muito bons. Sacada excelente! Redes de proteção nas janelas e telas mosquiteiras excelentes!
