The house was very nice. Lots of room for people to sleep and living area is a great set up. I believe we stayed just after some construction was done because there were some materials and beer bottles left in the deck outside but it wasn’t a bid deal to pick up and move them out of the way. The owner also don’t send us the instructions at check in and I had to call but they responded quickly and we did get in the house without any issues.

Pets and kid friendly did not apply here. We were there to celebrate the life of a 17 yr. old family friend who passed away one year ago yesterday. We had a gathered on the beach on and remembered him with his family and friends. The house was very nice. A few things you should know - the doorknob on one of the upstairs bedrooms fell off and we couldn't find linens for the couch bed. I finally found where sheets and a comforter were but was shocked to see they were piled and wadded up with each other in a closet upstairs. I found what I hope was a clean sheet and a comforter we could use. It looked as if beds had been stripped from previous guests and thrown in the closet. A bit misleading in the bed descriptions was the twin bed in second living room. Didn't really seem like a living room - it looked like a sleeping bag and was dirty on one end. We only needed it for one night so it did serve the purpose. Would probably choose another rental if it was for a longer period. A lot of stairs for my husband who has health issues. Thank you for hosting us.
