Large house with swimming pool with deck and sun loungers, WIFI internet, TV with Netflix, about 220 m² newly built with 4 bedrooms (3 suites) fully air-conditioned, large living room with kitchenette integrated into the living room and the balcony. It has 5 bathrooms in total. The house is very well equipped to meet the best expectations of your family / friends. It is located 3 km from Praia do Forte Villa, in Condomínio Varandas do Castelo. Maid or cook services may be requested extra. House totally tidy and mostly clean.
It has a great balcony with wooden pergola covered by reflective laminated glass, barbecue and a large wooden table for 6 seats. 4 car garage excluding condominium spaces.

A casa em si é otima, se nao tivesse alguns problemas que colocarei aqui, coisas de facil revolução e acredito que nao deve ser assim sempre, posso ter dado azar com alguns incovenientes bem em minha vez: A casa tava cheia de problemas. Não podia abrir o chuveiro do banheiro social em cima que caia água na sala que fica logo abaixo. Tivemos maior dificuldade com acesso a internet. Os lençóis simplesmente jogaram em cima dos colchões para que a gente forrasse. O fogão de 5 bocas só tinha uma funcionando. Só fomos perceber que tinha fios expostos em um dos quartos quando uma de nossas crianças encostou as costas e ouvíamos o estouro. Graças a Deus ela não se machucou. Os ar condicionados viviam dando pani e jorravam água no chão todo tempo, o técnico veio mas só solucionou o problema de um deles. Os armários da cozinha cheio de baratas, nós que providenciamos dedetizar. Mesmo com todos acontecidos a casa vale a pena com esses detalhes solucionados, o dono por não morar na cidede pode ate esta com alguma dificuldade mas tentou resolver os incovenientes, aconselho ver as próximas avaliacoes do imovel para saber se ja foi tudo resolvido pq a casa em si vale a pena.

Muito bom!

Fomos em 2 casais e 4 crianças. Passamos uma semana na casa. O condomínio é pequeno, com apenas 8 casas. A localizacao é fácil, com acesso rápido à Estrada do Coco. Precisa de carro para se locomover. A casa nos acomodou muito bem. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente, inclusive a Internet e TV Sky. O Fabio, proprietário do imóvel, manteve contato frequente conosco por whats app para garantir que tudo corresse bem durante nossa estadia. A piscina é uma delícia e as crianças adoraram. Há tb uma pequena cama elástica que os pequenos usaram para gastar mais energia. Para merecer 5 estrelas precisa melhorar os colchões e os chuveiros, que deixaram um pouco a desejar. A casa não dispõe de roupa de cama e banho, o que pode ser um inconveniente para viajantes que chegam de avião em tempos de bagagens pagas. Tivemos excelentes momentos na casa. O Fabio sempre se mostrou uma pessoa solícita e correta, inspirando confiança desde a negociação até a desocupação do imóvel. Recomendo, com certeza.
