The farmhouse is surrounded by the greenery of the harmonious Marche hills, just 5 km from the beautiful and peaceful beaches of Cupra Marittima, and can accommodate up to 8 adults.
The property’s park includes a front garden with four century-old olive trees, where you can relax on hammocks or sofas in perfect harmony with nature. The garden also features an independent studio annex.
There is also a second area, accessible via a travertine staircase closed by a small gate, which leads to a swimming pool perfectly integrated into a second garden, also surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean plants (rosemary, lavender, ...).
The farmhouse, in addition to the bedrooms and a living area consisting of a dining room and a lounge, also offers a tavern area connected internally to a second kitchen and a large barbecue, which provides direct access to an outdoor dining area covered by a gazebo.
