About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Chez Paul House

A typical hillside townhouse where wood is the dominant material. A warm and comfortable living room with a fireplace opens onto the kitchen, where modern amenities—including an induction cooktop and all the conveniences (microwave, coffee maker, etc.)—blend seamlessly with the star of the show: wood.
Head upstairs to find the bathroom and the bedroom with two single beds; the view from the window will take your breath away… stretching from Lake Massaciuccoli all the way to the Tuscan Archipelago.
Another flight of stairs, very similar to those on a boat (so please be very careful when descending), leads to the master bedroom… a unique space that also offers a panoramic view!
IMPORTANT: You cannot reach the house by car; you’ll need to park near the church and walk up a steep hill.... but the effort will be well worth it when you experience the tranquility and breathtaking views that await you upon arrival.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.
