Santa Chiara

The Podere Santa Chiara is located within our wine estate ‘Morisfarms’.
The residence has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, private fenced garden and swimming pool. Animals are welcome.

Located only 9 km from the sea of Follonica, close to the beaches of Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia and the art cities of Massa Marittima, Volterra and Siena.
In the garden there is a barbecue with tables for outdoor dining and there is a laundry room located in a separate room of the house free of charge. The swimming pool is checked daily by our staff, who will be present on arrival and will provide you with all the instructions concerning the flat and the keys. For any other needs we are always available during your stay.
A car is necessary to reach Santa Chiara. The location in the heart of the wine-growing estate allows for walks or bicycle rides in the shade of the long cypress avenues. On the estate there is a wine shop where it is possible to taste the wines produced and pair them with local gastronomic products. It is also possible to organise wine tastings with our wines.
The nearest town with supermarket, shops and pharmacy is Scarlino just 2 km away, while 9 km away is Follonica with more services.
There are two golf courses nearby.

The city tax is not included in the rate and it will be collected at check-out. The Municipality of Massa Marittima charges a tax per person (for people aged 14 years old and older), per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.
