This place was perfect! After spending a few week in big cities, this apartment was exactly what we needed. Close walking to town, right on the ocean, clean and decorated perfectly. We did not want to leave! Can’t wait to go back one day

Wonderful spot on the beach!

This is a tiny perfect place with a fabulous location on the waterfront. Very clean and modern. The only caveats are that you must be prepared to climb a lot of stairs, and there are some privacy issues with the open concept and glass between the bedrooms and main bath. We were a couple traveling with a friend and it was quite manageable however. Would definitely recommend this place. A couple of lovely restaurants very nearby and you can't beat the beach.

Great Place to Stay With Family!

We loved this place. Having La Perla next door was great! We all really enjoyed the clear waters and watching the fish under the water. Beach access is amazing. Rooftop patio was great for hanging out at night. La Perla nextdoor was amazing for grabbing a quick drink, coffee, and snack. The place is really quiet for the most part. Around 4:30pm, the area starts to shut down and becomes very quiet, very private. Really can't do wrong with the location. Picked the place because of AC and location. Location was great, the AC I either didn't understand or didn't work well. But, there was a fan and for us, the fan help circulate air. Place was very comfy. Really enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

Steps from the water

The property was clean and beautifully decorated and equipped. We loved the very modern design. There are restaurants and shops a short walk from the villa. There are a ton of steps down to the property and lots of uphill walking to and from the village. The location would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. However, if you can handle the steps, this is a perfect spot to spend some quiet time enjoying the beautiful scenery! Water shoes are a must if you want to enjoy the beach/ocean. Linda and Maria (the housekeeper) were incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive!

Seaside cottage

Location location location directly on the beach in Nerano wonderful restaurant bar directly next door. Interior is modern design you will get to know your friends and family very well in the hallway located clear shower. The floor to the upstairs bedroom is also clear we solved that problem by putting a blanket down on the floor and delegating shower times completely worth it for the fabulous location took water taxis to nearby restaurants and shopping. You must be able to walk down eight flights of stairs to reach the unit. Once you are down those stairs however you do not need to walk back up them until you leave.Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

The Kaseeta was beautiful and the views were amazing the ocean was a few steps away It was very comfortable and clean had two bathrooms The kitchen had everything we needed It was a close distance to drive to Positano It was very beautiful and we loved it There are about 90 stairs to walk down to the casita on the water It would not work for a disabled person at all Even left some of our luggage in the car Parking was another €10 for each day that we were there It was still priceless I loved it and if I went back to that area that would be the place I would want to be Thank you so much Lynda for sharing your home Bob and Sue San Diego California

Amazing view!

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely wonderful. Gelsomina made sure that we had everything we needed and was readily available to contact with questions. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. Convenient to walk to restaurants and tous/activities. The apartment was difficult to find...our GPS took us right there but it would have been helpful to have detailed directions/description on how to get to the apartment once we arrived at the address. After Gelsomina helped us find it, the rest of the stay was wonderful!

Logement correct mais non adapté pour un séjour pour 2 couples. Aucune intimité vu la répartition. Difficilement accessible car beaucoup de marches (environ 100) Pas 2 chambres avec 2 grands lits. Parking payant alors que ce n’était pas précisé . Néanmoins Idéalement situé en bord de mer. Très bien équipé et décoré avec goût.

BELLISSIMA POSIZIONE

Ci siamo trovati, il mio compagno ed io, (e i nostri due cani), in un luogo incantato, per un Natale speciale, immersi "nel" mare azzurro di Nerano. La posizione della casetta è bellissima, direttamente sulla spiaggia, e dalle finestre sembra davvero di galleggiare sul mare, una sensazione fantastica!Tutto super ordinato e pulitissimo.Sia la meravigliosa host Linda che le governanti Marilena e Maria sono gentilissime e molto disponibili ad ogni richiesta.Tutta la proprietà è recintata, e questo ci ha permesso di poter lasciare liberi i nostri cani nel giardino, senza preoccupazioni.Purtroppo, leggendo superficialmente l'annuncio, non avevamo immaginato che, trovandoci in costiera, ed essendo la casa sulla spiaggia, dal parcheggio dell'auto per arrivare alla porta d'ingresso c'erano 100 ripidi gradini: è stato l'unico lato negativo della vacanza.A parte ciò, la casa è super consigliata!

joli appartement mais......

L'appartement est joli,conforme aux photos aménagé avec beaucoup de goût mais attention : nous avons regretté la très grande promiscuité du restaurant ( pourtant fermé à cette époque et qui jouxte la terrasse,en effet une mini pelleteuse est stationné en permanence sous la terrasse et il y a eu bcp de bruit de travaux d'odeurs et d'allées et venus pas très agréables et qui ont perturbé la tranquillité des lieux,vraiment dommage!mais en saison ça doit être pire pour d'autres raisons..... De plus il manque un barbecue sur la terrasse du haut et une petite table sur le balcon du bas car pas très pratique d'avoir à monter sans arrêt surtout lorsque l'on est que 2 ......et bon à savoir les lignes portables ne passent l'orque l'on est dans l'appartement il faut remonter au village pour avoir du réseau.
