Villa Carminia Grande is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line. You will find a grocery store and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Carminia Grande from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Carminia Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.

The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 20 centimeters (8 inches) 2.2 meters (7.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the island of Capri, of the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an ancient lemon pergola and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea.

The terrace is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen going down three steps. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs and an external shower. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the island of Capri.
Dining Room
