Villa Heart is a beautiful property located in Massa Lubrense abround 10­ minutes’ drive from Sorrento.
The villa is over 300 m2, it has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 11 guests.
It spreads over three levels and it features a living area, a fully­equipped kitchen, a huge swimming­pool with a large panoramic terrace overlooking the fabulous bay of Naples. The terrace is provided with sun­beds, parasols, a wood oven for pizza and a barbeque.
The 3 floors are connected by either the stairway or a lift. Below the layout of the villa:
1) Entrance Level
This level of the villa consists of a wide lounge area with a fireplace and a large terrace overlooking the sea, the bay of Naples and Capri. On this level there is also one of the suites with sea­view.
2) Lower Level:
Going down one level, by the lift or the stairs, there is a floor which is home to the other three suites with terrace and sea­view (two of them can be used as triple­room).
All rooms feature warm colors and floors with traditional ceramic tiles coming from Vietri.
3) Ground Level:
On the ground level, which is also accessed either by lift or the staircase, here are found a large living area with fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and direct access to the terrace where you can find sun­beds, barbeque and the wood oven pizza. From here you can easily reach the pool area.
The villa has also parking space for one car. Finally, a private beach is just 200 meters away.

Rental rules
A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday (arrival on other days on request only).
The use of the villa is reserved only for residents, any service (meals, pizza party, etc.) has to be agreed with the owner.
They include the house cleaning every day (5 hours per day), air-conditioning (12/24 hrs.; 24/24 hrs. 90,00 € supplement per day) and the use of the swimming-pool.
City-tax is not included (€ 3,00 per person, per day, from 18 years onwards)
Final cleaning: € 400,00 to be paid on the spot
Cot (on request): € 10 per day
Supplement for heated swimming pool (max 28°) € 700 per week
Check-in time: from 4:00 pm
Check-out time: by 10:00 am
Important notice: a damage deposit of € 2.000,00 has to be paid in advance and it will be returned at the end of the stay.
