Villa delle Sirene is a luxury property located in Marina del Cantone an ancient and quaint small fishermen village in Massa Lubrense area, about 20 km far from Sorrento as well as Positano.
Here you will find any kind of facility such as restaurants, diving center, boats to rent, shared daily excursions, minimarket, bus stop, etc.
About 1 km from the villa, there is the beach of Nerano where you can find several restaurants and there is also a nice pier where you can dock with your own boat or you can rent one (with or without captain).
Villa delle Sirene has an indoor space of around 400 m2 and an outdoor area with a well­tended garden. There is also a parking near the entrance of the property.
The villa spreads over 3 levels, it has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, for a total of 10 sleeps, and is characterized by top quality materials and hi­tech equipment.
The first level is on the ground floor and it features a huge living room which is approximately 120 m2, consisting of two different areas: a dining area with a table that can seat up to 20 people; and a living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, Sat TV, Bose sound system.
The hall gives onto the garden thanks to different openings.
In the garden there is a terrace and the kitchen, that is equipped with huge work benches made of stainless steel, big fridges, ice maker and all the necessary utensils and appliances.
By the way, a chef can be arranged to come to the villa to cook for you (on request at extra cost)
In the living room there is also a guests’ bathroom.
On the upper floors of the villa are found all the bedrooms, with en­suite bathroom. All of them have orthopedic mattresses, in 2 bedrooms there are memory form mattresses, in 3 bedrooms there is safe and 4 bedrooms have minibars. Finally, in 4 bedrooms there is a king­size bed, while in 1 bedroom there is a queen­ size bed.
On the second floor we find 3 bedrooms with all comforts; 1 bedroom has a Jacuzzi and offers the opportunity of experiencing the chromo­therapy.
The rooms on this level can benefit of a cozy living area with sofa.
On this level there is a terrace with a solarium and a Jacuzzi that measures 4x3.8 meters and from there you can admire a stunning view over the bay of Marina del Cantone.
On the 3rd floor we find 2 further bedrooms, one them with a beautiful terrace with sea view.
This villa has been conceived to offer the utmost comfort, using materials, colors, lights that ensure absolute relax to its guests.
