Independent villa sleeps up to 10 people
300sqm "villa" with view, 5 bedrooms (double bed), 4 bathr. S, kitchen, large living room, in the garden "solarium", barbecue. Located in the protected natural area called "Punta Campanella", a few minutes from the sea and easily accessible by public transport. You reach without car: restaurants, bars, markets in a typical italian small village with unforgettable wibes, and breeze. We only rent "immediatly" to FULLY identified guests. No shortcuts or different proposal of rent or pay methods accepted.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
