Beautiful VILLA BACCO with stunning sea view, pool, garden and terrace

VILLA BACCO is a beautiful villa with stunning views of the sea located in Termini, near Massa Lubrense. It has the private swimming pool, a large garden, terraces, parking and the barbecue area. It is equipped with air conditioning (only in the bedrooms), heating and Internet WI-FI. Villa Bacco has 80 square meters and sleeps 4 people.

Villa Bacco is located in Termini, a small village that enjoys an enviable position in terms of landscape. Termini, is right in front of Capri, on the hill at Mount San Costanzo. The ridge, watershed between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno, falls directly towards the sea, ending in Punta Campanella, with Capri in front, just five miles away. Punta Campanella is connected to Termini by the ancient Via Minerva. It is called Fossa di Papa, the other is called Mitigliano.

The villa is located at 1 km from the center of the village where you will find restaurants, a grocery shop, a bar and the SITA bus stop that goes to Sorrento.

For an enjoyable stay at Villa Bacco it is necessary to have a car. You will be able to park in the private parking of the villa. Some sections of the road are going to be steep therefore, we recommend you to have a high performance. The parking is suitable for a big car.

You will reach Villa Bacco from the parking along a private driveway.

Villa Bacco is the ideal place if you are looking for an accommodation that offers complete privacy, stunning views and a good location to visit the surroundings.

THE PRIVATE GARDEN is 300 square meters. Here you will find olive trees and many other plants. It is equipped with a barbecue made in stone and a table with chairs for six people. It is completely fenced. From the garden, you will enjoy stunning views of the sea and the Capri Island.

THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL WITH JACUZZI is 2x 5 meters and 2.5 meters deep. It is open from May to the end of October. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun chairs, table with chairs and is partially shaded by a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool, you will enjoy a stunning view of the sea and Capri Island. You will reach the swimming pool by going down three small stairs.

THE TERRACE is equipped with a table and chairs and a wood oven. You will reach the terrace from the living room.

THE GROUND FLOOR

THE LIVING ROOM has one of the walls made in solid rock, very characteristic. It features a nice fireplace (decorative), a table with chairs for six people and a sofa.

THE KITCHEN is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a toaster, the moka, the kettle and other small appliances. You will reach the kitchen from the living room.

THE FIRST BATHROOM is a half bathroom. It is equipped with the toilet, the washbasin and the washing machine. You will reach the bathroom from the kitchen or from the terrace.

THE FIRST FLOOR (you will reach the first floor through an internal staircase of 15 small stairs).

THE FIRST BEDROOM has two twin beds. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating unit. From the bedroom, you will have access to the beach and Capri Island. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE SECOND BEDROOM has a double bed. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating unit. From the bedroom, you will have access to the beach and Capri Island. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE SECOND BATHROOM is equipped with a shower enclosure, the washbasin, the bidet and the WC. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

Important things to know:
- Tourist tax 2,00 Euro per day per person for the first 5 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years of not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 60,00 euro to be paid at the arrival.
