Alles Prima!!

Alles war vorhanden - sehr angenehme Wohnung und der Garten ist Spitze. Wir konnten den Hund problemlos laufen lassen und der Garten hat eine gute Grösse, um Badminton zu spielen. Wäsche aufhängen, auf den Liegestühlen liegen, grillen- alles war da und in gutem Zustand.

Schön war´s auf Utopia

Wir eine sehr schöne Zeit erlebt. Der Vermieter Toni lebt auf der anderen Seite des Hauses und ist immer ansprechbar, hält sich aber ansonsten zurück und ist sehr freundlich. Deutsch wird zwar nicht gesprochen aber für die Übersetzung ins englische ist sein Sohn Sando zuständig, der angerufen werden kann. Toni ist sehr umgänglich. Wir durften in der Nacht abreisen, den Gartengrill nutzen, wie auch die Fahrräder, wobei das natürlich keine Hochleistungsräder sind. Nächster Strand ist ca. 1,4 km entfernt aber dort muss man bezahlen. Nächster kostenfreier Stand (Spiaggia libera Le Dune) ca. 3,5 km. Der Stand ist super schön, mit Lifeguard und schönem feinen Sand. Wasser war super ohne Algen. Bäcker ca. 250 Meter. Supermarkt 1 km. Die Gegend um das Haus ist nicht mit vielen Touristen überfüllt, sondern es leben gewöhnliche Einheimische hier. Dadurch gibt es wenig Hotels oder hohe Gebäude aber man muss zum nächsten Geldautomaten oder zum bummeln etwas fahren. Die Sauberkeit ist so wie man sie aus Italien kennt. Es gibt zwar keine Klimaanlage aber einen Deckenventilator im Wohn-Esszimmer und einen Standventilator. Um 5 Uhr haben wir die Fenster geschlossen, weil dann die Hähne krähen. Ansonsten ist es eher ruhig. Die Autobahn A12 konnte ich nicht hören. Um das Haus ist eine wenig befahrene Straße. Der nahegelegene Flugplatz wird kaum benutzt. Das Haus Utopia kann ich also empfehlen, für Urlauber die auf das Budget achten und nicht in Urlaubshochburgen Ferien machen möchten.

Wir haben uns in " Utopia" wohl gefühlt. Städte und Land besichtigt sowie Strand und Meer genossen. Es war eine schöne Zeit.

Super Haus, tolle Lage, nette Vermieter. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein kleiner monuspunkt, zu wenig Handtücher und keine Fliegengitter
