With three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, everyone has space to unwind: a first-floor queen bedroom for easy access, an upstairs king with crib for little travelers, and a fun twin room with four beds—perfect for kids or groups. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV for added comfort. Bathrooms include a first-floor walk-in shower and a second-floor tub, making it easy for everyone to get ready for the day.



Downstairs, the finished basement transforms into a game zone complete with pool table, air hockey, card table, futon sofa, and even a second fridge/freezer for extra snacks and drinks.

Please note: This home accommodates up to 8 guests. Linens can be provided for $300 per stay, and depending on your stay dates, the owners may meet you at check-in to walk you through the home. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. For security, exterior camera (doorbell) monitors house rules compliance.



★House Rules★

- Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.

- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.

- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.

- Pets, parties or events are not allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the deck. Violations will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional charges for odor removal and furniture cleaning.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full access to the home, basement game room, fenced yard, heated pool, deck, and driveway parking (up to 4 vehicles).

A car is recommended to explore the area. Ample driveway parking is available. Beaches, shopping centers, and restaurants are all within a short drive.

Please note: During summer months, the pool company will be onsite regularly to check and maintain the pool to ensure everything is properly balanced. They are scheduled every Wednesday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM and every Saturday between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.



To maintain the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking, parties, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. The home features an exterior security camera located at the doorbell of the property for security and to ensure compliance with house policies. Footage is private and monitored only as necessary.



Early check-in and late check-out options may be available upon request but depend on the cleaning schedule. Availability can only be confirmed on the day of arrival or departure. Please reach out with any questions!
