The villa ‘Tenuta della Contea’ is located in the hamlet of Nunziata in the municipality of Mascali, a typically characterful town, between Taormina and Catania.
It is located in an oasis of greenery and is surrounded by panoramic terraces from where you can enjoy an excellent view of the sea and the surrounding natural wonders. Thanks to its 6 bedrooms all equipped with bathroom and a double sofa bed, the house can accommodate up to 12/14 people in functional yet welcoming surroundings. The interiors are equipped with all mod cons and it has been furnished with taste and elegance using a pleasant combination of styles.
The beautiful garden houses a large infinity pool for the exclusive use of guests and alongside there is a solarium with sunbeds and deck chairs, perfect for spending long hours beneath the sun, relaxing or cooling off in the company of friends and family. The numerous outdoor areas are perfect for eating al fresco, enjoying an aperitif or dinner on summer evenings and, of course, taking in the splendid panoramic views enjoyed by the house.
A hot tub is also available to guests.
The house is the ideal starting point to discover the surrounding area, such as the renowned tourist resorts of Taormina, Catania and Syracuse, the unique landscapes of the Etna Park, the Alcantara gorges and the Cyclops Riviera which are all within easy reach.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
