Typical holiday apartment, located on the waterfront in St. Anne residence "Le Ancore", in front of the beach, with large living room-kitchen that overlooks the large terrace with sea views, big bedroom with balcony, room with a bunk-bed, bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and washbasin, terrace above, parking. The kitchen-living room is well equipped and there are two sofa beds. From the terrace above you can enjoy a overview of the sea and the marina of Riposto and on the other side a view of Mount Etna. The terrace is equipped with a long table for 8 places, 8 chairs, 2 deckchairs and shower, you may fully or partly cover the terrace with a awning.
We rent all year for a minimum of three nights; delivery of keys on arrival and departure at 19:00 of day period; deposit on arrival to the apartment (EUR 100.00) and refund on departure. It offers breakfast in the first morning with milk, coffee, biscuits, jam. Linen and towels for person included, cleaning and change weekly. On request extra cleaning at an additional cost of 60 euro.

Propriétaires au Top et réactifs, appartement ok, propre et bien situé. juste la climatisation est trop inefficace et par défaut pas d accès à la terrasse, il faut payer un supplément. Mais très bon séjour.

Meglio delle aspettative.

Situato difronte ad una spiaggia libera a contatto con lidi privati ben attrezzati, in un parco privato chiuso e ben curato, la posizione della casa è ottima. Si arriva facilmente ai luoghi più rinomati della costa est della Sicilia, Etna compreso. I proprietari gentili, disponibili e non per niente invadenti. Siamo stati benissimo ! Raccomandiamo.

Superbe situation et superbe vue

C'est un appartement très bien situé, qui permet de rayonner facilement ensuite vers Taormina, Catane, l'Etna. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et prévenants. Le logement est propre, simple et fonctionnel. Mais surtout, le gros plus, c'est la grande terrasse sur le toit qui permet de profiter de la vue tout en buvant l'apéro, avec d'un côté, la mer à quelques dizaines de mètres, et de l'autre l'Etna, majestueux et encore eneigé en Avril. On a même eu le droit au spectacle d'une coulée de lave le dernier soir!

Très bon accueil des propriétaires Appartement très propre même si la terrasse a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement et d'aménagement (seulement 2 transats pour 4 personnes et pas en très bon état d'ailleurs l'un s'est casse et nous avons perdu notre caution) Très bien situé géographiquement, cela permet de visiter la côte Est de l'île de Messine à Syracuse. Village proche à 900m avec tous les commerces à disposition et et surtout la plage en face a seulement quelques mètres.
