Exclusive villa with private swimming pool located on the eastern side of Sicily, 30 kilometres south of Taormina. Set between the slopes of Mount Etna and the sea, Gianos Villa is a short drive away from the renowned beaches of Riposto and Fondachello. Ideal property for relaxing holidays, this luxury villa is surrounded by large, well-equipped terraces with a saltwater pool, offering enchanting countryside views with the sea in the background. Its interior features a perfect combination of valuable materials and design pieces which bring style and character to every room. On the ground floor are a large living area with lounge, dining area and kitchen, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a guest bathroom and a laundry room. The first floor includes another lounge, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a fifth double bedroom, a bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower. This fully air-conditioned villa is equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, Wi-Fi, 6 smart TVs, washer-dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridges, coffee machine and bbq. From Gianos Villa can be reached in a few kilometres the most beautiful and renowned resorts on the Ionian coast, such as the marine area of the Isole Ciclopi, Taormina, Catania and Syracuse, but also the inland with the picturesque villages and the wonderful natural landscapes of the Mount Etna Park.

Amazing Villa

The villa exceeded our expectations. Every room was incredible, extremely clean and spacious. There were nice modern touches. The outside area was amazing, the pool was huge and there were enough sun loungers for everyone. The views were also incredible. The owner was super helpful and even assisted us in finding a tyre shop when we burst a tyre in our rental car. I couldn’t recommend this villa enough!
