The casale le decime is dated late19th century. Formally owned by the Gravina princes of Palagonia who initiated the land reclamation work carried out in the area between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. The Casale is now undergoing extensive renovations. The old stables have been cleared to make space for a courtyard and several parking spaces while the swimming pool is going to replace the small vineyard at the back of the casale. The space
Enjoy our extremely quiet and comfortable double bedroom with its queen size iron cast bed parquet flooring, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, free internet access, mini fridge, tea and coffee, kettle, and complementary toiletries. Bath towels and face towels are also provided.
Our superior rooms impress with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the adjacent country side. An idyllic spot at a stone throw from the beautiful Taormina, the unique slopes of mount Etna and the busy city of Catania that boasts a gorgeous historic city centre with fine architecture and bustling markets.
An extra bed and/or a cot can be added to your room at extra cost.

A small flat of stairs will lead to their rooms.

The beaches by us are well equipped and incredibly clean.
In the village of Fondachello (walking distance) you can find absolutely everything you need. Top rated restaurants, bars and beach resorts are only a few feet away. The village has two pharmacies, several grocery stores, a fish monger, tobacconists and even a petrol station.
In the town of Mascali, only 1 mile away you can find all kind of shops, restaurants, post office, banks, supermarket, take away food and plenty more
The town of Mascali was entirely rebuilt after its almost complete destruction by lava from the nearby Etna in 1928
Taormina is only 15 minutes drive away.
Catania airport is 40 minutes away.
The famous Etnaland water and theme park is also only 40 minutes drive.
Acireale with over 100 churches and its beautiful barocco palaces is at less than 30 minutes drive.
