Casa Perla is immersed in the garden of a prestigious residence, located on the Mascali promenade, facing the beach. It is composed of a large living room-kitchen overlooking the garden, a cozy bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The kitchen is well equipped, it is ideal for your longer stays. The residence also has free covered parking. From the beach you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and on the other side a view of Mount Etna. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs, relaxation armchairs and shower.

The house is immersed in the garden of a prestigious residence equipped with a common barbecue area, patio, solarium, and swimming pool (temporarily out of use). the area is very quiet, ideal for spending your summer holidays or not. In the area there are several commercial activities, bars, supermarkets, a famous fish restaurant "il pescatore", tobacconist, rentbike.

Gute Unterkunft mit Einschränkung!

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung und die Bilder stimmen nicht mit der realen Wohnung überein. Angepriesen sind 50 m², die Wohnung hat aber nur etwa 30 m². Außerdem ist die Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss und nicht barrierefrei. Die Küche ist etwas älter als auf den Bildern und der Balkon ist deutlich kleiner. Insgesamt war die Wohnung und das Umfeld aber in Ordnung. Positiv war die hervorragende Betreuung durch Floralba. Sie hat rechtzeitig mit uns vor dem Urlaub alles Wichtige abgesprochen und uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Wenn in der Wohnung kleinere Probleme auftraten, wurden diese innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben, zum Beispiel der Austausch einer Gasflasche. Floralba war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns immer weiter geholfen. Das Umfeld ist akzeptabel, lediglich der Müll stellt ein großes Problem dar. Viel zu wenig Mülltonnen für die ganzen Appartements. Zur Wohnung gehören auch noch 2 Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm, die man gut die knapp 100m bis zum herrlichen Strand mitnehmen konnte.

Pour cause d’un problème électrique ??? Nous n’avons pas pu disposer de l’appartement. On nous a redirigé dans le centre de Catane ce qui ne nous intéressait pas. Ceci deux jours avant le départ, sans alternative et sans dédommagement.

L' appartamento corrisponde effettivamente alle foto, il problema è la situazione di abbandono e degrado del complesso residenziale e del quartiere in cui si trova, a nostro avviso una zona per nulla sicura. Il parcheggio seminterrato della palazzina in totale abbandono. Inserzionista non affidabile. Non lo consigliamo per niente
