My wife and I and our two small dogs loved staying in this house. The house was extremely clean and decorated nicely. The backyard was great for our dogs and they loved playing there. I would highly recommend this property. The owners was great and responded quickly to communications.

A quirky lay-out but once you get used to things it works. The place was very clean, neat, and well-appointed (including the kitchen) so no issues there. I was worried about noise b/c of the location but did not hear anything except the occasional dog until the morning. Getting to Knoxville, GSMNP, &c was simple and easy. As I ask whenever I leave--would I stay here again? and the answer is a definite "yes".

Wonderful Family Trip

Blue Magnolia for a weekend getaway

We had a group of 5 in Maryville for a music festival. This place was exactly what we needed. Tina and Jim were terrific hosts. Lots of room to relax on comfy couches and recliners.

Motorcycle getaway

This house was perfect for our motorcycle trip to do the Tail of the Dragon, Cherohola Skyway and all the great riding in the area. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed for the 7 night stay. Liked the shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the showers. Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet . We loved it. Thanks!

Super clean and very cozy!

This was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was very nice. We loved the 2 sitting areas. Our kids loved it too. The fenced in backyard was perfect! The location was perfect. We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area!

Weekday Getaway

The property is super clean and conveniently located to nearby shops and restaurants in Maryville. The kitchen area with adjoining sitting area with flat screen tv is an awesome space to work, relax, cook and watch tv. The neighborhood noise was moderate but otherwise a very safe and super clean place to get away for a few days. Lots of technology - internet worked perfectly and fast with flat screen tvs in practically every room which have almost every streaming service available (bring your logins). Our Host, Tina, was awesome and super responsive. We left behind some items after checkout which were immediately shipped to our home. Overall a great experience and will stay here again when visiting Maryville. Thanks, Tina!

Awesome stay!

This house is adorable! Clean and neat, inviting and cozy, organized and so convenient! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ate at several great restaurants nearby and our pup really liked the large fenced yard! Tina is easy to communicate with and was flexible with our needs. She even had a welcome sign in the kitchen with my name on it when we arrived! The neighborhood was so peaceful and we felt very safe there. Also had the best water pressure in a shower that we have ever experienced! We will definitely stay there again! 5 star experience for sure!! You wont go wrong with this short term rental!!

Smoky Mountain Motorcycle Trip

Property was perfect for a nice getaway to the Smoky Mountains. Great location to amazing rides and to stores and restaurants. Very clean and worked perfect for my dad, his best friend, my brother and myself. Thank you, Tina, for a great spot for a bucket list trip!

Awesome stay

We were in town for a wedding and the location and accommodations where perfect! Easy access to everywhere we needed to go and plenty of room to move about while at the house. Large dining table accommodated some board game playing while at the house as well. Definitely would stay here again if/when in the area.

Sister's weekend
